Course Overview
Our 200-hour teacher training is a holistic journey through the foundational aspects of yoga, combining physical practice, theory, and teaching methodology. This course will guide you through the practical skills of yoga, anatomy, alignment, asana sequencing, and meditation, with a deep dive into yoga philosophy, ethics, and trauma-sensitive teaching.
This program is registered with Yoga Alliance, meaning upon completion, you will receive a 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification.
Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach safely and effectively, both in your personal practice and as a future instructor.

Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is led by a passionate and experienced team of yoga professionals dedicated to guiding you on your journey. Each of our teachers brings their unique expertise, teaching style, and deep love for yoga, creating a rich and supportive learning environment.

Main Training Dates and Structure
Each workshop day will be 8 hours, with breaks included. Below is the breakdown of the course content for each session:

Bliss Yoga Class Participation (40 classes):
As part of your training, you will be required to attend 40 classes at Bliss Yoga Studio. These classes will serve as a practical resource for understanding teaching techniques, class management, and yoga asanas. Approximately 6-7 Classes per month. -
Homework and Self-Assessment (10 hours):
You will be required to submit written reflections on your personal practice, yoga philosophy, anatomy knowledge, and ethics. You will also work on your own asana practice and journaling.

Course Language
The main course language is English, but the Handbook and certain materials will be available in German upon request. If needed, we also offer translation support during the course to ensure all students fully understand the content and instructions.

This program is designed to provide you with the opportunity to build confidence, develop your teaching skills, and gain hands-on experience in a real-world yoga studio setting. Here’s what you can expect as part of the internship:

Co-Teaching Opportunities:
Interns will have the chance to co-teach classes with experienced instructors. This will allow you to observe, assist, and gradually take on teaching responsibilities while receiving constructive feedback. -
Building Your Teaching Portfolio:
As part of the program, you will gain practical experience by teaching different types of classes (Yin, Vinyasa, or other styles) and documenting your journey. This is a great way to build a strong portfolio that you can present to future employers or studios. -
Gradual Transition to Teaching:
Depending on your progress and availability, you may be given the opportunity to take on your own classes after completing the internship. This could lead to ongoing teaching opportunities at Bliss Yoga, allowing you to seamlessly transition from training into professional teaching. -

Professional Development:

Cancellation Policy:
Bliss Yoga Salzburg has a strict cancellation and sickness policy to ensure a smooth process for both the studio and participants. Please read carefully.

2. Sickness and Emergency Cancellation:

If a participant is unable to attend the course due to illness or emergency (with a valid doctor's certificate), the following applies:

We will offer the possibility to transfer to a future course. The participant is responsible for informing Bliss Yoga Salzburg as soon as possible regarding sickness or emergency situations.

3. No-Show: If a participant does not inform the course coordinator and does not show up for a session, the session is considered missed, and no rescheduling will be provided.
4. Missed Sessions: If a participant is unable to attend a session in person, they must inform the course coordinator as soon as possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, but we ask for as much notice as possible to make arrangements.
