House rules​

Bliss Yoga Salzburg asks for further use of the following premises

 Room II approx. 60m2
For weekly courses, payment is made monthly in advance - an invoice will be issued by Bliss Yoga Salzburg. The tenant must ensure that the monthly rental fee appears in the landlord's account in good time by the 5th of the month at the latest.
For individual events or weekend rentals, payment is regulated as follows:

•  50% of usage fee, due at time of booking

•  The remainder of the agreed usage fee is due within 7 days of invoicing

(usually 1 week before the event date).

General: In the event of late payment, the statutory interest (4% private, 8.58% 01.01.2018 legal persons) as well as reminder fees are due.

A tea kitchen and sanitary facilities are available for shared use. Here, the tenant is responsible for ensuring that these remain clean and usable for the further operation of Bliss Yoga Salzburg, which is taking place at the same time.

The cupboards and computer peripherals are not available for shared use and must remain accessible during the rental period.

Cancellation of single events/weekend rentals:

In the event of early cancellation by the tenant, the following percentages of the rental price will be retained as a cancellation or processing fee and administrative expenses (each measured against the total amount of the usage fee), but at least € 25:

from 14 days before the event date: 25% up to 7 days before the event date: 50% thereafter 100%.

The landlord usually schedules 15 minutes between the booked units to enter or leave the room. Deviations will be discussed with the tenant in advance.

House rule

The landlord undertakes to provide the rooms in good condition.

The tenant undertakes to leave the rooms in the same condition as he found them. Reference is also made to the house rules.

After the end of the event or the end of the weekly course, the rubbish bins in the women's changing rooms and in the washrooms must be emptied and any dishes must be put in the dishwasher. Bookings of 3 days and more has an additional flat fee of €35 - including cleaning at the end of the booking and daily fresh towels, toilet paper and other supplies.

If an event takes place in the evening, it must be taken into account that this
due to the legal situation (disruption of the peace) must end at 10 p.m. Extraordinary event times must be agreed with the landlord in advance.

Liability

The tenant is responsible for locking the front door for the duration of the course. If nobody is in the reception area, the front door must always be locked.

Violating this rule reduces the security of the studio and may result in cancellation of the room booking.

Prerequisite for use for the contract holder is the conclusion or possession of liability insurance and presentation of the same (please enclose a copy).

The tenant is expressly liable for all damage caused by renting the property and soiling of the object and inventory and is obliged to report all damage caused to the landlord immediately.

In the event of grossly negligent or intentional actions by the tenant and the resulting damage, any claims for damages will be billed to the tenant. The burden of proof for damage incurred is transferred to the tenant.

It is expressly agreed that the lessor shall not be held liable for any valuables brought along.

Should participants of the lessee be harmed within the rented rooms, liability only arises if there is no doubt that the lessor has acted with intent or gross negligence.

Termination:

Bliss Yoga Salzburg is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship at any time if

• the tenant does not use the premises in accordance with the terms of use

• the reputation or safety of the yoga center is at risk

• if the rental conditions change on the part of the landlord

• force majeure such as water or electrical damage

• in the event of default of payment by the tenant

• bankruptcy of the tenant

  Cancellation by the tenant:

• Early termination is not possible for rentals of up to 2 months.

• When renting for 2-6 months, the following applies: one month's notice, at the end of each month.
