The organizer offers yoga classes, yoga workshops, special events, personal training and massages as well as advice in the field of mind-body.

3. Registration

Registrations for the offer can be made in the studio or via the Internet. The registration is binding and will be booked taking into account the free places. This booking will be confirmed to you based on the data you provided when registering. For safety reasons and out of respect for our yogis, our front door is always locked during the hour. The yoga classes always start on time and the door is then locked. Out of consideration for other yogis, please be there about 15 minutes before the class so that we can register you and you can prepare for your yoga class.

4. Terms of Payment

After the binding registration, the participant will receive a confirmation. The total amount including 20% VAT must be paid immediately in cash or online. If the registration is more than one week before the start of the event, the amount can alternatively be transferred to our account within one week. The space is reserved for you. Participants cannot assert any claims (of any kind whatsoever) against the organizer by way of set-off. Claims against the organizer may not be assigned to third parties (so-called prohibition of assignment).

The monthly subscription entitles the holder to unlimited visits to our regular yoga classes (workshops & specials, courses and classes with foreign teachers excluded). within the term. At the end of the term, the subscription ends automatically.

The right of use is not transferable. In the event of illness of 8 days or more (each with proof), the subscription can be extended by this period free of charge.

Membership unlimited entitles the holder to unlimited visits to our regular yoga classes for 12 months (workshops & specials, courses and classes with external teachers excluded).

Membership conditions: Prerequisite for a Bliss Yoga Salzburg membership is the written registration. Payment is made monthly by direct debit or annually in advance by bank transfer to our account - account information on the enclosed registration form. Membership can be canceled in writing up to 4 weeks before the end of the contract. It is automatically extended by 12 months in each case if it is not terminated. In the event of termination, the membership expires at the end of the term. If the membership is terminated by Bliss Yoga Salzburg, it will take effect the following month. It is not necessary to state a reason. In this case, Bliss Yoga Salzburg has no further financial claims from the following month.

In the event of illness-related absence of 8 days or more, the annual ticket can be suspended upon presentation of a doctor's confirmation or a certificate for the period of sick leave. Otherwise there is no possibility to let the membership rest (once a year you can pause your membership for up to 2 weeks. Please send an email at least 3 weeks before your desired break). It is not possible to catch up on missed units (membership limited). Bliss Yoga Salzburg is closed during the public holidays and at the turn of the year. A termination by Bliss Yoga Salzburg does not require a statement of reasons. Of course, no further monthly contributions are then due.

Multiple tickets entitle the purchaser to attend a certain number of courses within a certain period of time (workshops & specials, courses and classes with external teachers excluded). For 10-cards, this is six months from the date of purchase. Early termination or extension is not possible. If the subscription is not used within 6 months, the full class price will be charged for the remaining classes.

No return, termination or interruption is possible for multiple tickets and single tickets.

Course bookings: Courses are offered in a specific course period (e.g. Mama and Baby Yoga) and entitle the participant to a certain number of visits to the selected yoga class (fixed day and time) within the course period. The classes cannot be changed, and cancellations cannot be made up for.

Individual bookings: most of our classes can also be attended individually. If a class is booked in advance, this booking is binding. The participation fee is independent of the appearance of the participant (see also cancellation conditions). If you drop in without prior booking, you are not entitled to a place on the course. However, a few drop-in places are always reserved for each class, which are allocated according to the "first come, first serve" principle.

Our classes are held with a minimum of three participants.

6. Resignation | cancellation

A cancellation must be made in writing by email. The following cancellation conditions apply:

If you cancel (in writing) up to 48 hours before the event, no cancellation fee will be charged. After that, 100% of the workshop fee is due, since the free space can no longer be allocated in this short time and the calculation would no longer hold.

Exception: After consultation with us, a substitute participant can be provided. No cancellation fees will be charged.

Once the event has started, cancellation is no longer possible. In case of no-show, the event fee is due in full. Missed appointments cannot be made up for. These regulations apply regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

For guest teacher events, 50% of the regular participation fee will be refunded if cancellation is made in writing up to two weeks before the event, after which no refund is possible.

Please note: after consultation with us, you are welcome to provide a substitute participant.

Yoga classes and personal training must be canceled at least 24 hours before the respective date. The cancellation must be made in writing or agreed by telephone with the respective trainer. If this regulation is not observed, the regular hourly rate will be charged. No-shows will not be compensated.

7. Program Changes | cancellation of events

The lessons take place with a minimum of 3 participants. The studio has the right to cancel the lesson if there are less than 3 participants. For morning hours until 20:00 on the previous days.

We ask for your understanding if the workshops or events have to be canceled due to the inability of the leader or due to a lack of participants. In any case, we will inform you about cancellations or changes personally, by e-mail or by telephone. The information you provide when registering forms the basis for informing you about a cancellation. In the event of cancellation on our part, we will refund the participation fee already paid to your specified account. Claims from program changes or cancellations are completely excluded.

Short-term changes to regular class operations - e.g. in the event of illness of a trainer or therapist - may not be communicated. We ask for your understanding.

8. Tariffs

The organizer is entitled to change the prices for the use of its facilities, courses and offers. Changes come into force with immediate effect - but not retrospectively - and will be communicated on the homepage or on site.

In the event of a change in the statutory amount of sales tax (VAT) or the introduction of other transaction taxes, the organizer is entitled to demand and collect these at the time the change or introduction becomes effective. This does not give rise to a right to terminate events or contracts.

9. Limitation of Promoter's Liability

Participation in an event is always at your own risk. By registering, you declare that you are in full possession of your mental strength and that you are responsible for your own physical and mental health and safety. The organizer and his speakers can exclude persons who endanger personal safety or who disturb/endanger the course of the event from further participation. The organizer is not liable for loss or damage to clothes and objects brought along. Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for any personal injury or other property damage. No warranty or liability claims of any kind can be made from the application of the acquired knowledge and skills. In the event of any liability, this is limited to the net participation fee per person. The reversal of the burden of proof, i.e. the obligation of the organizer to prove the innocence of a defect or damage, is excluded. Unless mutually and explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, the organizer assumes no liability for consequential damage, loss of profit or failed application or implementation from an event. In addition, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Under no circumstances does the organizer assume any form of guarantee of success or liability for success.

Lost and Found

Items that have been forgotten by the customer in Bliss Yoga Salzburg will be kept in the studio for 3 months. After that, these items will be donated to charities or similar organizations.

As a customer, you undertake to only use the facilities, courses and offers of Bliss Yoga Salzburg if you do not suffer from any contagious diseases and if there are no medical concerns to the contrary.

Any health risks must be clarified by a doctor in advance and the respective trainer of Bliss Yoga Salzburg or guest teachers must be informed about possible risks or health restrictions before the lesson | to inform event. This also applies to a possible pregnancy.

10. Privacy

The data provided to us is processed and stored using electronic data processing in compliance with data protection law. The transfer of data to third parties does not take place. Unless otherwise stated by the contractual partner, the organizer may use this data for its own information and advertising purposes.

11. Governing Law

The law of the country in which we act as organizer applies. The corresponding mandatory consumer protection regulations apply to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, but only if the above conditions contradict them. All personal designations apply to both genders.

12. Jurisdiction

The place of performance and place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from a contractual relationship and all legal disputes is the competent court in Salzburg.

13. Effectiveness of the General Terms and Conditions

With the use of an offer or a service or with the conclusion of a contract, the user accepts these terms and conditions in all points without reservation.

Should individual clauses of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, this does not affect the effectiveness of other clauses.

14. Online hours

In the event of a temporary closure of the studio, we offer the courses online. This is in line with our regular schedule and you can use your membership, subscriptions and drop-in time cards to attend.
