Mom-Baby Yoga



This class offers a wonderful opportunity for new moms to practice yoga with their babies and strengthen a loving bond.

Our Mom Baby Yoga class is led by sensitive and experienced yoga teachers who are specifically designed to meet the needs of moms and their babies. The class is designed to address both the physical and emotional changes that come with motherhood, while also allowing space for relaxation and well-being.

During the yoga classes we will perform gentle and safe mom yoga poses aimed at building strength, flexibility and stability. These exercises will help you improve your posture, relieve tension and increase your energy. At the same time, we will engage the babies in the course, integrating playful interactions, loving touches and gentle movements to encourage their motor skills and sensory development.

The Mom Baby Yoga class also provides space for relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to reduce stress and create a calm and balanced atmosphere for mom and baby. It's a wonderful way to bond with your baby and experience moments of stillness and sharing in a supportive community with other moms.

Our Mama-Baby-Yoga courses are suitable for mothers with babies from around 6 weeks to one year old. We adapt the exercises individually to your needs and the needs of your baby. Our teachers are on hand to make sure you feel comfortable and safe during the course.

We ask that you check with your doctor or midwife before starting the mom baby yoga class to ensure you are ready to practice yoga.
