Yoga for Headaches- releasing the tension
Headaches as the worst...anyone can tell you that. I have suffered with headaches since I was a child, and thanks to Yoga they have decreased in frequency as well as strength.
Here are a few (really I could've gone on forever) exercises to release tension in your neck and shoulders...with a few funny looking ones too :)
Let me know how you get on...and if the headaches reduce...
